Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting our project team in the business process management and development
- Supporting our project team in the development of use cases, using new technology to solve problems
- Supporting and taking ownership in creating training concepts and content mainly for our software-tools
- Supporting and leading in the preparation, revision and running of small workshops
- Supporting within digital change formats and training different methods
Your profile:
Personality: Great people skills, exceptional communicator, good at structuring tasks & projects, interested in learning about organizational and tech-driven change, interested in new technologies and quick to dive into them, and train people how to use them
Knowledge & Experience: Experienced in giving trainings & presentations, background in software & technology companies can be beneficial, experience in Stakeholder Management is beneficial, experience in organizational transformation and culture change can be beneficial
Qualifications: Successfully finished the 5th semester in a business psychology or business education related degree or already further advanced
Language: Fluent in English & German
