We are looking for a Director of Administrative Services to head up our central administrative services as soon as possible. The position is advertised as a permanent full-time position (40 hours/week).
In this position, you will ensure smooth business operations, create stable structures and prepare the organization for efficient further growth in cooperation with the management and two other directors. You will be responsible for the areas of finance, IT, facility management, and the university library. Within the structures of the company, you have a lot of creative freedom, which you use to implement agile structures as well as to develop and implement robust and adequately digitized processes.
