Scientific programmer / Web Application platform developer
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Targenomix develops a data analysis and visualization web application platform based on the R/shiny framework that is extensively used both by internal data scientists and biologists/biochemists and customers. Your main role will be the close interaction with our data scientists and bioinformaticians to translate new analysis approaches and algorithms into industry-grade web applications.
Your work will be embedded in an agile and diverse team comprising of computer scientists, database developers and data scientists providing the hardware and creating the software infrastructure that fuels targenomix‘ integrated systems biology research.
