Senior Research Fellow / Postdoc (m/f/div)

This position is located within the intellectual property department of the Institute which focuses on the incentives, determinants, and implications of innovation. Within the realm of the department’s research on sustainability and
life sciences, we are looking for postdocs who are interested in the field of
health, including – but not limited to – medicine, pharmaceuticals, “red” biotechnology, and medical technology. Based on the premise, that new technologies are one of the most promising ways to address the world’s health problems, the Institute has established a new research area to investigate the legal and regulatory challenges for innovation, competition, and technology transfer in that field.
We are looking for
To strengthen our team, we are looking for senior research fellow/postdocs with a background in law and a passion for technology who would like to work on issues of innovation and competition in the above mentioned research areas. Knowledge of intellectual property and/or competition law is an advantage.
The gross salary is based on the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD).
