In the framework of the Einstein Center Digital Future, and in collaboration with other Berlin universities and research
institutions, various aspects of the digital transformation will be illuminated, with the intent of furthering academic
connectivity in the field of digitalization in Berlin.
Instruction and research in the field of Leadership in Digital Communication, including the areas of
Smart Mobility and Big Data, particularly with a characteristic emphasis on "Self Determination in a Digital Society" in
the Einstein Center Digital Future; continued development of the curriculum of the master's course of Leadership in
Digital Communication, particularly with the theme of emphasis named above; possible assumption of the leadership
of the course of study; research projects in the framework of the Einstein Center Digital Future on this there and continued
acquisition of third party material; participation in academic self-administration.
Academic degree in a relevant field; completed doctorate or years of research experience in
the designated fields; relevant publications; years of relevant extramural career experience; proven experience in academic
works, as well as experience/projects in the field of digital communication; pedagogical and didactical experience,
ideally in a continuing education program or experience with people that are completing a fee-based on-the-job
continuing education program; excellent academic qualifications in research and teaching; openness to new professional
developments and their continued critical-constructive incorporation in research and teaching; ability to work in a
team, ability to communicate, ability to make decisions, empathy, sense of responsibility; very good German language
skills, good English language skills; qualifications for employment in accordance with § 100 BerlHG.
