Visiting Assistant Professor of Operations
Management
October 2018 – March 2019
Prerequisite for the position is a Ph.D. in Operations Management, Management Science, Operations Research, or related field. We look for excellent
communication skills, and evidence of teaching effectiveness. German language skills are not required. We offer a stimulating research environment

Teaching duties are several sections of a second-year undergraduate course in “Operations Management”. Teaching is concentrated in an intensive
block of about seven weeks between late October and mid-December. Afterwards, the incumbent will have to grade exams with the help of teaching assistants.
