The Faculty of Science, Institute of Chemistry, at the University of Potsdam invites applications for the following position to be filled by as soon as possible:
Full Professorship (W 3) for Theoretical Chemistry
The professor to be appointed (early succession for Prof. Saalfrank) should represent the field of Theoretical Chemistry in research and teaching and align with one (or ideally several) of the following focus areas of the Institute of Chemistry: “Light and Matter”, “Molecular and Biomolecular Chemistry”, and “Polymers, Materials and Interfaces”.
The successful candidate will have a research profile with international visibility through publications in high-ranking journals and successful acquisition of third-party funding.
