Such advanced models will enable a more valid simulation of permafrost carbon dynamics during the past and into the future. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish their own research programme in the field of permafrost ecosystem dynamics. Therefore, first ideas about it are expected in the cover letter. This position includes 4 teaching hours per week in the Geoscience BSc or MSc programmes.
